Thirteen years of
forming souls.

What began in a single Boise classroom has become a curriculum trusted to shape the minds and character of hundreds of students. Now we're making it available to everyone.

Our Story

Born in the classroom, refined over a decade.

Boise Classical Academy was founded in 2013 with a conviction that education should do more than transfer information — it should form the whole person. For thirteen years, our teachers have guided high school students through the great texts, ideas, and questions of Western civilization, cultivating not just knowledge but wisdom, virtue, and eloquence.

Our curriculum spans four historical eras — Ancient, Medieval, Renaissance, and Modern — integrating theology, philosophy, literature, history, and the sciences into a coherent, unified vision of learning. Every lesson is taught through the lens of the Trivium: Grammar, Logic, and Rhetoric. Every discussion is Socratic. Every assessment is designed to reveal understanding, not merely recall.

Over more than a decade, this curriculum has been written, taught, revised, and refined in real classrooms with real students. It is not a theory. It is a proven body of work — tested by time, shaped by experience, and rooted in a tradition that stretches back two thousand years.

The Next Chapter

A proven curriculum, now without walls.

For years, families would ask: “How do we access this curriculum if we don't live in Boise?” Homeschooling families, classical co-ops, and curious students across the country were drawn to our approach but had no way to participate. Digitizing the curriculum changes that.

By bringing thirteen years of classroom-tested content online, we can serve the students who have always wanted what classical Christian education offers — the discipline of careful reading, the rigor of logical argument, the art of persuasive speech — regardless of where they live.

Homeschool Families

A complete, structured classical curriculum that gives homeschooling parents the rigor and depth they've been looking for.

Classical Schools & Programs

Schools launching or strengthening their own classical programs can adopt a curriculum refined over thirteen years.

Independent Learners

Students drawn to the great books and the classical tradition finally have a path in.

College Credit Eligible

Select courses carry college credit eligibility — giving students a head start on higher education within a classical framework.

For Schools

Bring the curriculum to your school.

Starting or strengthening a classical program shouldn't mean starting from scratch. Our curriculum is available for schools that share the classical vision.

“The task of the modern educator is not to cut down jungles, but to irrigate deserts.”

— C. S. Lewis, The Abolition of Man
